Detlev Rühl has emigrated with his goods and chattels from NRW to Turkey many years ago. A few week ago he found a huge box full of familiy slides in the attic. As he doesn’t possess a slide projector any more and as his children live far away in Germany, he decided to fly to Germany in order to digitize his slides there. A word and a blow: The flight was booked quickly and Detlev Rühl set off to Germany to got to DIAFIX in Cologne with his slides
The slide-digitizing has been done immediately and as the story is really unusual, the Kölner Stadtanzeiger came to DIAFIX in order to cover his visit.
